| Job Description | Position Announcement: Director of Development for TYME OUT Youth Ministry and
TYME OUT is a youth retreat ministry sponsored by the School Sisters of Notre Dame that serves over 7,000 teens and adults annually. We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional for a full-time position to join our collegial administrative team in a faith-based, ministerial environment. The Director of Development leads a donor-centered $330,000 fundraising program, keeping our quality youth ministry programming affordable for teens.

| Qualifications | The ideal candidate will be a fundraising generalist with demonstrated results in annual and major giving, special events, grants, and donor stewardship. Must be a donor and volunteer relationship-builder, politically and technologically savvy, and an institution-building innovator with a passion for youth ministry. CFRE preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
